Have another question?

Call (585) 317-9911 or email Laurie@LauriesCatNook.com. I’m happy to talk through your cat’s needs and help you prepare for their stay.

Start by contacting Laurie to discuss your dates and your cat’s needs. Completed reservation forms and vaccination records must be received and reviewed before your reservation is confirmed.

Your cat will stay in a quiet bedroom or a spacious cat condo, depending on availability. Both offer a cozy, comfortable setting, with personalized care to help your cat feel at home.

Please bring enough of your cat’s usual food and litter for their entire stay. Favorite treats, a brush, and a familiar blanket are welcome, too. Bowls, litter pans, and blankets are provided. Please remove all collars before boarding.

Some medications can be given when safely and reliably hidden in food or treats. Medications requiring direct oral administration or forceful handling cannot be accommodated. Please discuss all medication needs with Laurie before booking.

Drop-off and pickup are by appointment. Payment is expected at drop-off, and an early pickup does not reduce the charge for the reserved stay.

With your permission, Laurie can send photos and updates so you can see how your cat is settling in.

Laurie will first try to reach you, then your designated emergency contact. Please choose someone available to pick up your cat and arrange veterinary care if needed. Your boarding paperwork explains emergency veterinary authorization in more detail.
